For over 10 years, our friends at the National Basketball Association have been showing just how much "NBA Cares" through both their financial generosity and their actions. In addition to being a financial supporter of New York Cares, in the past year, the NBA has participated in all four of our annual events, and 14 customized corporate service projects, including: taking disadvantaged children on a trip to the zoo, brightening the day of lonely seniors, enjoying arts activities with mentally disabled adults, and much, much more. In total, the NBA has given over 2,000 hours of volunteer service through New York Cares, a remarkable achievement.
