Training Leaders in Corporate Citizenship
- Interested in starting an employee volunteer program at your company?
- Looking for ways to improve teambuilding and morale?
- Need help "pitching" the idea to senior management?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, then New York Cares' Training Leaders in Corporate Citizenship workshop can help. This half-day training is designed to teach the basics of building, strengthening and optimizing a corporate volunteer program so you can get the most from your community outreach efforts.
Participants will learn from experts in the field how to:
- Get and keep senior management support for your program
- Lay a solid program foundation, including how to determine a
structure, work within a set budget, and identify the program's focus
- Market your program both internally and externally
- Plan successful service projects
- Recruit, retain, and recognize volunteers
